Caraway Rye Wafers

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rye flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Cur in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle water over flour mixture, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough our onto a lightly floured surface, knead 4 to 5 times.
Roll dough to 1/8-inch thick- ness; cur into rounds with a 2-inch cookie cutter.
Place on baking sheers coated with cooking spray.
Brush each wafer with milk; sprinkle evenly with 1 tablespoon caraway seeds.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges of wafers are lightly browned.
