Ingredients
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), melted
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Toasted sesame seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sifted all-purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
2 Mix in vanilla and egg and beat until light.
3 Fold in the seeds, flour, baking powder, and salt.
4 On to greased cookie sheets, drop the mixture by 1/2 teaspoonfuls.
5 Allow for spreading.
6 Bake in a preheated moderate oven at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
7 Immediately remove from the pans.

SERVING
8 Serve as desired.
