Hot Sesame Wafers

Ingredients
  Quaker oat bran hot cereal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Uncooked)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine oat bran, flour, baking powder, salt and red pepper.
Add margarine and corn syrup, mixing until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in sesame seeds.
Gradually add milk, mixing just until dough forms a ball.
On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut with 2-inch biscuit or cookie cutter.
Transfer with spatula to ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until firm.
