Festive Butter Wafers
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All-purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
|Walnuts||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped|
|Seedless raisins||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Coconut||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), shredded|
1)In a bowl, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2)Add eggs and beat well.
3)In another bowl, sift together flour and salt and stir into creamed mixture.
4)Add vanilla, walnuts, raisins and coconut and mix well.
5)Take greased baking sheet and drop batter with spoonsful on it.
6)Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
7)Serve the festive butter wafers on special occasions.
