Lemon Wafers

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 65 Gram (1/4 Cup)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon rind 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.

MAKING
2.Sif the dry ingredients together.
3.Add in butter and bledn well.
4.Mix in lemon rind, sugar, corn syrup, lemon juice and mix well.
5.On the floured surface, knead the dough well.
6. Roll out to a thickness of 1/8 inch or 3 mm.
7. Cut into round shapes and place on buttered cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 10 minutes.

SERVING
9. Serve with tea and coffee.
