Festive Butter Wafers
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sifted flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Walnuts||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped|
|Seedless raisins||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
1.Preheat the oven to 350degrees.
2.Stir sugar and butter until light and creamy.
3.Put eggs and blend well.
4.Sieve flour and salt and add to the sugar mixture.
5.Put vanilla, walnuts, raisins and coconut and mix well.
6.Take greased baking sheet and drop the mixture using a teaspoon.
7.Bake for 12 minutes.
8.Serve with whipped cream.
