Walnut Cheese Wafers

Ingredients
  Process cheese spread 8 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon, softened
  Flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Blend cheese, butter, flour, and cayenne pepper until smooth. Divide mixture in half and place on two sheets of wax paper. Roll up to form 2 6-inch logs. Refrigerate until firm.
2. Unwrap logs and roll in chopped walnuts to coat. Cut each log into 24 1/4-inch pieces. Arrange 12 pieces in a circular pattern on a paper plate. Microwave at Cook Cycle 1 (power level 5) for 4 to 5 minutes. Let stand 1 minute before removing from plate with spatula. Repeat procedure with remaining pieces.
