Heat sesame seed over medium heat, stirring frequently, until light brown; cool.
Heat oven to 375°.
Mix sesame seed and the remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet; flatten with greased bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
