|Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Bleu cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), crumbled|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a food processor, cream together butter, cheddar cheese, and bleu cheese.
Add garlic, parsley, chives, and flour. Process until dough is formed. Shape into 1 1/2" diameter rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 2 hours.
Slice roll at 1/4" intervals. Place slices on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
Serve on a plate garnished with herb blossoms and leaves.
