|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Powdered sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add flour mixture and enough milk to make batter of drooping consistency.
Fill the mixture in paper cones and pipe small drops a little apart from each other or drop with a spoon, on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 15 minutes or until edges and bottom of the cookies are golden brown.
