|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), warmed|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carob||3 Tablespoon (basic syrup)|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sunflower seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 325° F.and grease 2 large cookie sheets.
Mix honey, oil, eggs, carob syrup, salt, and vanilla.
Stir in flour and mix well.
Drop by the teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet, leaving about 2 inches between.
Mix seeds and wheat germ and sprinkle over each cookie.
Bake in preheated oven 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool on rack and store in an airtight container.
