|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Sesame seed||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (toasted)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded|
|All bran cereal/Bran buds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Stir together flour and pepper.
Measure sesame seeds into small shallow bowl.
Beat margarine and cheese until very light and fluffy.
Stir in the cereal.
Add flour mixture, mixing until well combined.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into sesame seeds.
Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Flatten with fork that has been dipped in flour.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
Remove immediately from baking sheets.
Cool on wire racks.
