Chicken In Tarragon Vinegar
|Chicken legs||4 , skin removed|
|Plain all purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Tarragon vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (creme fraiche)|
|Chopped fresh tarragon||1 Teaspoon|
Heat a browning dish in the microwave oven for 6-8 minutes, following the manufacturer's instructions.
Season the chicken legs with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour.
Put the chicken pieces in the hot browning dish.
Leave to sizzle for 30 seconds then turn and place the thin end of the drumsticks toward the center of the dish.
Add the garlic and vinegar.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes.
Add the sour cream (creme fraiche) and chopped tarragon.
Turn the pieces of chicken.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 further minutes.
