Maple Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Maple syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Horseradish cheese 2 Teaspoon
  Sourdough 2
  Strawberry 1 , slice
  Roasted tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a saucepan pour in balsamic vinegar and add maple syrup. Mix well.

MAKING
2. Place the saucepan over the stove, bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low simmer and stir in occasionally for 18 minutes.

SERVING
3. Spread the cheese over sourdough bread, top it with oven roasted tomatoes and drizzle balsamic maple reduction. In another slice of sourdough bread spread cheese top it with basil leaves and slices of strawberries drizzle balsamic maple reduction and enjoy.
