Raspberry Vinegar

Ingredients
  White wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chambord/Other raspberry flavored liqueur 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dill weed sprig 2
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small non-aluminum saucepan, add vinegar and liqueur.
2) Place over heat and bring it to a boil.
3) Simmer for 5 minutes by reducing heat.
4) Allow cooling the mixture by removing from heat.
5) In a wide mouth glass jar, place the dill weed.
6) Pour the vinegar mixture in the glass jar.
7) Cover the lid and let it stand at room temperature for 24 hours.

SERVING
8) Serve the dressing with salad greens.
