How To Drink Vinegar Everyday

To many people, Vinegar is very beneficial to health. Here is one way to drink it every day.
Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Liter (as required)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Bell pepper 1 Small, seeded, cut lengthwise
  Jalapeno pepper 1 Small, seeded, cut lengthwise
  Sweet pepper 1 Small, seeded, cut lengthwise
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon (as required)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a jar place all the cut vegetables in layers. Sprinkle sugar and then fill to the top with vinegar. Shake well and let it sit for few hours before use.

SERVING
2. Use this pickle and the vinegar in various dishes of choice.
