Chilli Wine Or Vinegar

|Hot chilies||3 Small|
|White vinegar||1 Quart|
Clean the chillies and remove stalks.
Pack into bottles and then cover with vinegar, gin or dry sherry.
Seal bottles and leave for several months.
Use a few drops in soups, stews or tomato dishes.
