Tarragon Vinegar

Ingredients
  Dry white wine 1⁄5 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1 Pint
  Tarragon leaves/2 tablespoons dried tarragon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), dried
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), halved
  Whole cloves 3
Directions

Combine all ingredients; bring to boiling.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Strain into hot clean bottles with corks or screw caps.
Add tarragon sprig and a few green grapes to each bottle, if desired.
Seal.
Send with note: Use in Cream Goddess Dressing and other dressings.
Makes about 2 pints vinegar.
