Ingredients
  Fresh chili 6 (small red peppers)
  Vinegar 1 Pint
Directions

Chop the chillies roughly.
Boil the vinegar, pour it hot on to the chillies, cover and allow to cool.
Bottle the vinegar for 3 weeks, strain and rebottle.
