Easy Tarragon Vinegar

Ingredients
  Chopped tarragon/2 tablespoons dried tarragon 4 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine tarragon leaves and vinegar, and bring almost to boil.
Let stand overnight, strain and store.
Use in salad dressings to accompany a roast chicken dinner.
