Tomato Vinaigrette

Tomato Vinaigrette is a low-fat, crisp sauce which is served over pasta, salads or vegetables. It’s a mixture of chopped tomatoes, white wine, basil, thyme and mustard. It is prepared and refrigerated in a jar for minimum two days.
