Sherry Vinaigrette

Sherry Vinaigrette is easy to make. The black pepper gives the Vinaigrette a delightful taste.
Ingredients
  Prepared dijon style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sherry wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Whisk the mustard and the sherry vinegar together in a small bowl.
Stir in the salt and black pepper to taste.
Whisking constantly, dribble the olive oil into the vinegar mixture in a slow, steady stream.
Taste, correct seasoning, and reserve, covered, until ready to use.
