|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place salt, pepper, and mustard in medium-size bowl.
Add several drops oil; blend with wooden spoon.
Add several drops vinegar; blend well.
Add remaining oil and vinegar gradually, stirring constantly, until all is used.
Store in covered jar in refrigerator.
Shake well before using.
