Greens And Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Scallions 2 , finely chopped
  Leaf lettuce 8 Ounce, torn into bite size pieces
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine scallions, oil, lemon juice, mustard, basil and pepper and beat well.
Add the lettuce and toss to coat leaves.
