Warm Potatoes Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Boiling potatoes 1 Pound (10 small size)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Scallions 4
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Scrub potatoes, leaving skins on.
Boil until tender, about 20 minutes.
Beat oil with vinegar.
Mince scallions and add with oregano to oil and vinegar.
Season with pepper.
Place cooked potatoes in serving bowl; cut into halves or quarters, depending on size.
Pour over dressing and stir to mix well.
