Mango Vinaigrette

  Mangos 4 , peeled and cut into large slivers
  Capsicum 1
  Shallots 2
  Celery stalk 1
  Mint leaves 8
  Vinaigrette 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), made with lemon juice

In the work bowl, through the feed tube and using the slicing disc, slice the mangos.
Set to one side.
In the work bowl, using the steel blade, combine vinaigrette and remaining ingredients, but save 4 mint leaves for garnish.
In a shallow serving bowl combine the sliced mango and the vinaigrette, garnish with the remaining mint leaves
