Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Clear honey 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped mixed herbs 2 Tablespoon (Mint, Parsley, Chives, Thyme)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a screw- topped jar, adding salt and pepper to taste. Shake well to blend before using. Makes 1 cup.
LEMON OR LIME VINAIGRETTE: Use 3 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice in place of the cider vinegar.
MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE: Combine 1 teaspoon French mustard, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley in screw top jar, shake until thick and creamy.
