Beef And Onion Vinaigrette is a juicy mix of the red meat and delicious sauces. I often prepare this Beef And Onion Vinaigrette just for its rich flavor. Check out the recipe of Beef And Onion Vinaigrette.
|Sweet spanish onions||2 , sliced|
|Beef roast||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into thin strips|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Garlic Flavored)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Capers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Dash|
|Hard cooked eggs||1 , chopped|
Combine onion rings and roast beef.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over onions and beef.
Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature; chill until ready to serve.
Mix again just before serving.
NOTE: Roast lamb may be used instead of roast beef.
