Sweet spanish onions
2 , sliced
2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into thin strips
Red wine vinegar
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Garlic Flavored)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
Hard cooked eggs
1 , chopped
Combine onion rings and roast beef.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over onions and beef.
Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature; chill until ready to serve.
Mix again just before serving.
NOTE: Roast lamb may be used instead of roast beef.
