Pepper & Onions Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Green peppers 6
  White onions 2 (Red Or Sweet)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Olive oil/Salad oil 6 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Seed peppers; thinly slice into rings.
Peel onions; thinly slice and separate into rings.
Combine peppers onions, and garlic in bowl.
Whisk together oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper.
Pour over peppers and onions.
Toss well and let stand 1 hour before serving
