1. In a jar, add canola oil, cider vinegar, garlic, lemon, sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Sprinkle pepper and salt. Shake and mix it well. Allow it to set for about 30 minutes.
3. Serve tangy vinaigrette with green salad.
You may increase or decrease the ingredients as per your choice and flavor you like.
You can increase the quantity of ingredient depending on the size of your salad.
Your vinaigrette will remain fresh for a couple of days in refrigerator.
