Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Apple cider vinegar 4 Ounce
  Granny smith apple 1⁄2 , chopped (peeled, cored and cut into brunoise)
  Olive oil 8 Ounce
  Tarragon leaves 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt & pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor jar pour in apple cider vinegar, tarragon leaves, salt, pepper and honey.
2. Blend for few minutes, pour in the oil in a steady stream.

SERVING
3. In a bowl take chopped apple and pour dressing over it. Mix well and pour salad dressing over tomato salad, toss well and freeze before serving.
