1. In a glass jar combine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, basil, and oregano.
2. Pour olive oil in it. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Shake, and mix it well.
3. Serve basil vinaigrette with salad.
Place the jar in refrigerator and it will remain fresh for 2 days.
Take it out of fridge and serve at room temperature.
