Deschutes Brewery Inversion IPA Vinaigrette

In this Campfire Tip, Hammer grabs an Inversion IPA to create a tasty vinaigrette.
Ingredients
  Beer 375 Milliliter
  Balsamic vinegar 150 Milliliter
  Honey 4 Ounce
  Mustard 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Shallot 1 , mince
  Thyme To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Cracked black pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, pour the beer and whisk slightly to remove some of the bubbles.
2. Next, add the balsamic vinega and honey and incorporate well.
3. Add the mustard and whisk well again.
4. Add in the minced shallots and stir.
5. Add the thyme, salt and ground pepper stir again.
6. Add the oil and whisk. Adjust seasoning if required.

SERVING
7. Use the dressing over your favorite summer salads!
