Microwave Cooked Vegetables In Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Cauliflowerets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Julienned carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/4 x 1/4 x 1 1/2 in.)
  Fresh green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), halved
  Pimiento 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Chervil 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garbanzo beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare the ingredients.

MAKING
2) In 1 1/2-qt casserole combine cauliflowerets, carrots, green beans and water.
3) Cover the dish.
4) Microwave at High 5 to 7 minutes, or until tender-crisp, stirring after half the time.
5) In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make vinaigrette.
6) Drain microwaved vegetables; add vinaigrette.
7) Stir everything to mix well.
8) Cover the dish and keep in refrigerator to chill for 3 to 4 hours.

SERVING
9) Serve the cold vegetable vinaigrette as salad .
