Vinaigrette Dressing

Salads are an important component to our daily cooking repertoire. Watch as I show you how to make a quick and easy vinaigrette dressing that is tastier and cheaper than any bottled dressing you'll find at the grocery store.
Ingredients
  Shallot 1 Small, diced
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Put shallot in a bowl.
Add mustard to the shallot.
Add salt and pepper to it.
Add vinegar, whisk them well.
Add olive oil to the mixture. Continue whisking while you add olive oil.
Your salad dressing is ready!
