Ingredients
  Mixed vinegars 2 Tablespoon
  Gherkins 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Shallots 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Made mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender blend all ingredients and mix together.
2. Mix the salt in the oil.

SERVING
3. Serve immediately.
