Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the mustard and vinegar.
Slowly whisk in the oil until thoroughly blended.
Whisk in the mayonnaise, sugar, and pepper.
Set aside until ready to dress the salad.
