Vinaigrette Dressing With Garlic And Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed through a press
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Mild olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Coarse kosher salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, garlic, mustard and vinegar until well blended.
Gradually whisk in the oil.
Blend in the minced basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
