Pasta With Uncooked Fresh Tomatoes Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Firm tomatoes 1 3⁄4 Pound, peeled, cored, halved, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (Vine Ripened Ones)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Finely shredded basil leaves 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh italian parsley 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground white pepper To Taste
  Pasta 1 Pound, cooked and drained
Directions

In a mixing bowl, stir together the tomatoes, oil, lemon juice, basil, and parsley.
Season to taste with white pepper and let the mixture sit at room temperature, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
Toss with cooked pasta the moment the pasta has been drained.
