Oil And Egg Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mild olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , finely chopped
  Minced chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, salt and lemon juice.
Slowly whisk in the oil until incorporated.
Stir in the eggs, chives and pepper.
