Basic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  White wine vinegar/Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Thyme/Oregano / thyme / oregano, dried, crushed ½ teaspoon 2 Teaspoon, snipped
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a shaker/sealable container, add the oil, vinegar, sugar (if desired), thyme or oregano, paprika, mustard, and pepper.
2) Apply the seal/cap and shake/mix it well.
3) Refrigerate the mixture for up to 2 weeks.

SERVING
4) Before serving, ensure that it is shaken well.
5) Toss with salads or use as desired.
