  Cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Safflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, steam the cabbage till just crisp tender and pour a combination of oil, vinegar and mustard over it

2. Can be served both hot or chilled
