Apple Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (No Added Sugar)
  Unsweetened apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ground ginger 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together all the ingredients in a small bowl or jar with a tight-fitting cover.
2) Stir the mixture and cover. Shake well to mix.

SERVING
3) Serve as preferred.
