Walnut Oil Vinaigrette
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste, freshly ground|
|Walnut oil||6 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well by whisking.
2) While whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in the oil and continue whisking until blended well.
3) Use as required.
Use immediately after preparation.
