Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 2 Fluid Ounce (50 Milliliter)
  White wine vinegar/Cider vinegar 2 Fluid Ounce (50 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped chives 2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped basil 2 Teaspoon
  Sunflower oil 8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)
Directions

MAKING
1. Put the lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar and herbs in a liquidizer or jar and process or shake to dissolve the sugar.
2. Add the oil and continue to process or shake.

SERVING
2. Toss the desired quantity with salads and serve.
