Salmon With Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Champagne vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salmon fillet 2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Radicchio 1
  Chopped fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350

MAKING
3. In a large bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, and mustard
4. Place the salmon fillets into the oval of the preheated plank
5. Brush with the prepared vinaigrette
6. Season with salt and pepper
7. Sprinkle the basil on top of the dish
8. Bake for 20-30 minutes or till done

SERVING
9. Serve hot with the radicchio and arugula leaves as a garnish or as a small salad.
