Cider Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
  Wine/Cider / tarragon vinegar 15 Milliliter (2 Dessertspoons)
  Olive oil 37 1⁄2 Milliliter (5 Dessertspoons)
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Pinch (Good Pinch)
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl, or shake together in a screw top jar.
Keep as cold as' possible.
Shake well before serving.
