Spa Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
  White vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon, strained
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), bruised
  White pepper To Taste
Directions

Blend well all ingredients except the chopped vegetables.
(The garlic should be bruised only; it can then be removed before serving.) Add the chopped vegetables, place in a covered container, and refrigerate until served.
