Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Shallot 1 Small
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 6 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Salad oil (or some of each) 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Insert metal blade.
Finely chop shallot; set aside.
Place mustard and vinegar in work bowl.
With motor running, slowly pour oil through feed tube; continue processing until blended.
Return shallot to work bowl; process just to combine.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
