Ingredients
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Safflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh thyme/1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small bowl combine vinegar and mustard.
Whisk in oil 1 drop at a time.
Stir in thyme.
